When your site sells the buyer pays through Escrow.com. Once the transfer is complete and the buyer confirms receipt Escrow releases the funds — 85% to you, 15% to Built her Studio. Clean and transparent.

Revenue or clear monetization pathDesign Quality
Built her Studio only lists sites that look intentional and well-designed. If your site needs design work before listing we'll tell you in the evaluation.

Our buyer community is primarily women. Sites in beauty, lifestyle, wellness, faith, tools, and finance for women perform best in our marketplace.
Women-adjacent niches consideredClean History
No Google manual penalties, no spammy backlink profiles, no history of black-hat SEO. The domain history must be clean and verifiable.
Penalized sites not acceptedTransferable Assets
Domain, hosting files, content, and all included assets must be cleanly transferable. Sites with complicated ownership structures or licensing issues will not be listed.
Clean transfer requiredSeller Intake
Fill out every section as completely as possible. Incomplete submissions slow down the review process. The more detail you provide the faster we can assess whether your site is a fit.
